Our Property interior photo service provides a complete and detailed visual representation of your property. We take clear photos of all accessible areas, including:
•Bedrooms
•Bathrooms
•Kitchen
•Dining Room
•Basement
•Living Spaces
We aim to capture 2 to 4 photos per room to provide different angles and ensure thorough documentation of the space.
During our walkthrough, safety is our priority. If we encounter blocked pathways, unsafe flooring, or areas that can’t be accessed safely, we will document these issues with photos and notify you immediately. All photos will be in a Google Drive that we will send to your email and they will be in folders according to addresses.
**THERE IS A 5 property minimum. This service can still be applied to 1 one through four properties, but the price will have to be paid for five properties so that way it is worth our time to go out and provide the service.
We guaranteed to get photos of all rooms. There is also an additional service that can be provided of a walk-through video so that way you can get a better understanding of the flow of the property feel free to go and look at our investor inventory of services
Cities outside of Gary will add two dollars onto the main price so instead of $14 it’ll be $16 at a minimum month of five houses.
